My Analects of the man and records of his service

This is a biographic composition of what I know of the short life of my father George Yapp. It is a anthology that I have been able to compile from many years of research and interviews with people mostly who have now past. These are people who knew my father and some loved him more than they would like to say. I found that no one had anything but good things to say of him, but I am sure he had his moments as we all do!

I have made the findings available for a process that has been promulgated and is in the process of being accomplished  by the United Nations Memorial Cemetery Korea.  UNMCK. Their process is to gather a epitome of the lives and history of those who are  at rest in the cemetery. This can be recorded for posterity so that they will never be forgotten.

This is my information and documentation that I am very happy to allow  for this process into the capable hands of:

Ms. Stephanie Hwang who will act as my honourable agent.

The Averment

George Yapp Hong Kong 1951 just before Korea war deployment. Looks like he was in deep thought as to what he would be predisposed to expect? The aptitudinal risks of it all and what the outcome would be and would he be OK?
